Create/Log in to Your Account: If you don’t have an account on our site, you’ll need to register. If you already have an account, simply log in.
Navigate to the My Wallet Section: Once logged in, find the My Wallet section on your account dashboard in the Purchases block. This is where you can manage your wallet. Alternatively, you can click (or tap) the wallet icon in the header section of our site.
Adding Funds to Your Wallet:
Go to ‘Wallet topup’: Within the My Wallet section, click on the ‘Wallet topup’ button.
Enter the Amount: Type in the amount of money you wish to add to your wallet.
Choose Your Payment Method: Select a payment method from the available options.
Complete the Transaction: Follow the prompts to complete the transaction. Once successful, your wallet will be credited with the amount plus $10 as a compliment for using My Wallet!
Making Purchases with My Wallet:
Shop as Usual: Browse our site and add services to your cart.
Choose Wallet at Checkout: When you’re ready to checkout, select Wallet as your payment method.
Confirm the Payment: Your wallet balance will be displayed. If you have enough funds, you can confirm the payment. If not, you’ll need to add more funds to your wallet.
Checking Your Wallet Balance and Transactions:
Look Up: Your current Wallet balance is always in the header section of our website near wallet icon.
Access Your Wallet: Go to the Wallet section in your account.
Press ‘Transactions’ Button: Your current balance and transaction history will be displayed here.
Refunding to Your Wallet:
Refund Requests: If you are eligible for a refund on a purchase made through My Wallet, the amount can be credited back to your wallet.
Check Your Balance: After a refund is processed, check your wallet balance to ensure the refund has been added.

Keep Your Account Secure: As with any financial tool, ensure your account password is strong and secure.
